Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA). To prepare for our first meeting regarding your event, we ask that you complete this rental proposal form. The form has been developed so that we may assist you in planning your event and providing you with an estimate of fees and expenses. After submitting this form you can expect to receive a response to your inquiry within 48 business hours.

The Rental Calendar is updated on a weekly basis. Please choose an alternate date in case your first choice has already been reserved.
